Yesterday Winmalee Pumper and RP445 were called to investigate a report of fire in the area of Glenelgan Rd, Winmalee. Crews investigated and found nothing.

FYI – the helicopter that has been flying around Winmalee and surrounds, for the last few days is doing surveillance/audit of the electrical grid.

Yesterday Winmalee PC assisted other RFB brigades and other emergency Services at a S&R at Leura.

Today Winmalee 1A, Pumper and RP445 responded to reports of a gas leak along Illingworth Rd, Yellow Rock. Crews investigated and found nil leak.

Tonight Winmalee Pumper, 1A and RP445 responded to reports of a chimney Fire along Hawkesbury Rd, Winmalee. Crews investigated and found nil fire.

Today Winmalee Pumper, RP445 and NSW Police responded to power wires down near Summerhayes Park. Crews where in attendance for a short period.

Thoughts are with the families and friends of the 19 firefighters killed today battling wildfires in the USA.

Today Winmalee Pumper and RP445 responded to a AFA at Coles shopping centre, Winmalee. Crews investigated and found nil fire.
