Tonight Winmalee 1B, 1A, RP445 and Winmalee Pumper (on standby) responded to reports of Bush Alight along Paterson Rd x of Hawkesbury Rd. Crews investigated and found a nil result.

Yesterday we had ACT Rural Fire Service firefighters attend our station. These fire fighters were last up at our station during the October 2013 bush fires. It was great to catch up with them.

FYI: All Hazard Reductions in the mountains have been postponed until further notice.

FYI Only – the smoke haze over the lower mountains and Western Sydney is from large HR in the Colo/Hawkesbury Area.

Tonight Winmalee Pumper and RP445 responded to reports of Winmalee High School alight. Crews attended and after a extensive search nothing was found and crews returned to their respective stations.
