Winmalee Rural Fire Brigade added 5 new photos.
A few photos from the 1600hrs call out. Wednesday will be hot so better to deal with these logs now. A bit of lateral thinking has us dragging the burning logs into the creek rather than carry heavy knapsacks to the logs. It was hot, dirty & thirsty work but a good job in the end. Most of these types of smouldering log call outs are well within burnt areas, but we have to make sure. Well done crew.

Deb, Deb……we all love chocolate cake. Although we are on call by pager 24/7, the Station is usually only open for training, admin, new members, etc on Tuesday evenings from 7.30pm and Saturday afternoons from 1.30pm. Any other times I can give you about 120 addresses. Lol
