At 6AM today crews from Winmalee RFB and Springwood FRNSW responded to an AFA at Coles Shopping centre, Winmalee. Crews Investigated and found a nil result.

FYI – NPWS, Rural Fire Service and FRNSW are currently undertaking a 92ha Hazard Reduction in the Winbourne Rd area, Hazelbrook. Some smoke will be visible from this burn.

Another big weekend of training completed for Winmalee RFB! With 5 members starting there Village Firefighter course and 1 member completing there chainsaw course.
