4pm today Winmalee Pumper and FRNSW responded to Grass Alight on Tall Timbers Rd Winmalee. Crews arrived and extinguished a small fire Located in the park.

Winmalee RFB are currently undertaking a large pile burning operation in Heather Rd Winmalee. Smoke will be visible whilst this operation is undertaken.

Today at 9am Winmalee RFB along with other emergency services attended to a MVA on Hawkesbury Rd Winmalee. Crews arrived and made the area safe.

And to end the day Winmalee RFB and numerous other fire appliances have successfully completed a HR operation in the Robyn Rd Area. Crews will be patrolling the fire ground tonight and tomorrow.

Today at 12PM Winmalee RFB, FRNSW, NSW Police and NSW Ambulance attended to a 4 car MVA on Hawkesbury Rd. Crews provided fire protection and Casualty assistance. Hawkesbury RD was closed for a short time.

Today at 10AM Winmalee RFB and FRNSW responded to a reported Gas Leak on Robyn Rd, Winmalee. Crews investigated and found a small leak. Crews setup fire protection and waited the arrival of the Gas Company.

Tonight at 8pm Winmalee RFB and FRNSW responded to reports of a structure alight in Carramar Cres, Winmalee. Crews investigated and found a nil result.

FYI – Lower Mountain area is currently experiencing smoke haze from multiple hazard reduction operations through out the Greater Sydney Region. Remember to only dial 000 if you see an un attended fire.

FYI – This Saturday and Sunday, Winmalee RFB will be conducting a Hazard Reduction Operation in the Robyn Rd, Wren Place, area. This will generate large amounts of smoke in Winmalee.
