Any warning that is issued for the Metropolitan covers the whole of the Blue Mountains.
So from this warning Blue Mountains is right in the middle of it.

In the BOM mapping of areas. The Metropolitan covers all areas up to Mt Victoria, and the Hawkesbury. central Tablelands is from Mt Victoria and continues out west.
